Relox Labs — is a company that advances in medical technology & innovation. Owned by Alap Adeshara, Relox Labs connects the lab equipment to cloud storage using high-end software providing faster diagnosis. When Relox Labs reached out to us, they already had an identity established.
But, it didn't align with their long-term goals & was a barrier for them to better position themselves. The innovation they brought to the industry is outstanding. So, looking at their desire to fulfill our medical needs faster with technology, we were assured to proliferate their vision with the help of our creativity.
During our discovery session, we identified the core audiences & learned how they would approach a virtual lab. And, the end goal for Relox Labs was definite, "They didn't want to be identified as just another pathology laboratory". They brought something different to the game that didn't exist & they wanted to clearly state that to the people. So, to deliver that we had to expand our audience horizon, therefore we came with multiple user personas to better understand the brand. And, we developed 'Dimple, The Modern Mom', 'Dr. Sunil, A helping hand for all needs', 'Harshil, Helping everyone'.
Fun Fact The whole idea of virtual lab rebranding project was very fascinating, as it was the only company in India doing it.
Our next pursuit was to simplify the identity & refresh the logo. We built stylescapes to streamline the logo creation process. So, after we finalized the tone of voice we wanted to achieve, we built multiple versions of the logo. We made sure the collaterals & logo we built did justice to the technological innovation Relox Labs achieved. As the brand is still in the expansion stage, we built scalable marketing materials & collaterals i.e. pitch deck, presentation, brochures & more for Relox Labs.
Fun Fact It took us off guard when Alap took our wildest exploration to take unique take on health industry.
