WeHear — India's first hearing care company founded by Kanishka Patel develops headsets with bone conduction technology to better the health of our ears. WeHear's mission is to eradicate the hearing difficulties emerging within our youth. Looking at their aim to help the community, PulsAero was on board to help this purpose-driven technology reach masses.
When Kanishka connected with us his concern was, how to tap the market by being a product of the youth. So, after knowing inside out of WeHear we had come to the conclusion that WeHear would require a long-term strategy showcasing its unique personality in the market.
Therefore, we developed communication that would bust myths about the brand & help people understand it's a unique headset, not a hearing aid. During our research, we also came across some Chinese brands that wanted to acquire a big market share. So made sure WeHear moved fast & strategically. The resultant strategy was a major step ahead in bringing clarity about the brand for Kanishka, us & the audience.

WeHear's aim was to build an e-commerce brand like no other & we made sure that was achieved. We sketched up multiple versions & finalized the one we thought was the best fit for the brand. And, to give it that flavour we needed to work on developing digital brand assets. We were able to successfully achieve a cohesive blend of logic, creativity & communication.
WeHear also wanted to provide the best experience to their customers, so they also wanted to develop an application helping them modify the headset settings. For the application, ease of use & top-notch experience was key to delivering WeHear standard User Interface. And, we did exactly that, we made sure with our User Interface, users could access any information within the app in seconds.

Our mission was to launch a headset with a technology that wasn't much known to Indian consumers. For this, we definitely had to push ourselves & the creative juice it took to develop a launch was immense. So, we came up with a distinctive campaign #CheekBonesOnDuty. We introduced a new generation of headsets & were able to acquire 4000+ leads on our website in just 3 months. And, to consistently create noise in the market we also collaborated with multiple fitness influencers to round up the WeHear launch.
